Job Summary

Our responsibility is to provide global support to improve the operational efficiency of all wind farms around the clock. We are committed to maintaining high quality standards through continuous wind farm troubleshooting and service.

Key accountabilities / Responsibilities: Detailed descriptions of the key areas of responsibility and decisions made by this position.

Open to working in a 24/7 shift schedule

Co-ordinate and maintain network components in and to our wind farms (VPNs Firewalls Routers Switches )

Troubleshooting of SCADAs Agents and communications remotely and On-Site

Incidences and Ticketing Management up to solution and Support network & IT/OT changes

Maintain privacy and security systems at all SCADA and IT/OT components in collaboration with Global Cybersecurity Function

Keep and Maintain systems and security patches up to date with proper documentation

Education and qualification: The minimum education certifications licenses technical skills knowledge and experiences necessary for success in this position.

Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B. Tech) any stream

Personal profile / Competencies: the ideal candidates personal attributes and characteristics. Include any soft skills or personality traits that are primary for the role

Experience with communication protocols such as IEC104 IEC101 MODBUS DNP OPC UA and DA SCADA systems basic knowledge of MS Windows Linux and Virtual Machines (VM) basic knowledge of SQL working experience with SCADA systems Firewalls Routers and OT/IT Gateway
