Join the Safety Learning and Development (SLeD) team as a Learning Administrator focused on enhancing our Environmental Assurance and Protection (EAP) training catalogue through meticulous evaluation and continuous this role you will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy and effectiveness of Minerva mappings in sync with safety training materials that adhere to training compliance. You will work collaboratively across stakeholder groups to review training requirements evaluate existing content and process SIM intakes to ensure our safety training program requirements are shared accurately to our learners.
This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on environmental assurance and protection by applying your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. You will serve as a key coordinator in our training completion monitoring ensuring that all regulatory training from onboarding to annual refreshers and developmental programs are updated onto the tool. Your ability to communicate clearly take ownership of projects and build trust with stakeholders will be essential to success in this dynamic environment.
A day in the life
-Transform training intakes into clear documentation and functional specifications while ensuring accuracy and alignment reporting outputs
-Drive the evaluation and maintenance of the training catalogue identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring consistent quality across all environmental learning materials
-Coordinate to gather feedback educate yourself with the latest developments on the tool manage SIM intakes and escalations
-Establish appropriate milestones and timelines for quality reviews managing the process from intake to implementation
-Monitor project progress identify potential roadblocks and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues before they impact the completion %
-Working hours to be 13:00 IST to 22:00 IST to support EU and US counterparts. This is flexible based on the needs of the business.
About the team
The Safety Learning and Development (SLeD) team is part of the Worldwide Ergonomics and Safety Experience (WESE) team. SLeD designs and develops safety and environmental training that adheres to adult learning theory principles to increase learner retention by reducing cognitive overload. The teams focus areas include delivering onboarding annual refresher and developmental training.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Bachelors degree in business administration Human Resource organizational development or related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word SharePoint and PowerPoint)
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Experience managing multiple projects prioritizing planning and managing time
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in a training role including technical training or a mix of training performance management and coaching/mentoring
- Experience collaborating with global and local stakeholders
