Education & Experience (minimum requirements to perform the job):
School : Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
Post School : Human Resource Qualification
Certificate of medical fitness
Experience : 2-year experience related to Human Resource (advantageous)

B. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
B. Participate in the Entire Training: Throughout the training implementation process participate fully in the training observe the trainees engagement and ensure that the trainers conduct the training according to the company training SOC.
C. Evaluate Training Results: After the training concludes evaluate and score the trainees based on the training evaluation forms for each position. For any key areas missed by the trainees require the trainers to provide additional training after the evaluation. Reassess the trainees after the retraining.
D. Track Training Effectiveness: One and two months after the initial evaluation re-evaluate the trained employees based on the evaluation forms for each position. Determine whether additional training is needed based on the assessment results.
2. Assessment Management
A. Probation Assessment: Responsible for the probationary assessment of new employees. Upon receiving the probation period expiration reminder from the labor company HR create a probationary assessment schedule (detailing the assessment time location and assessor). Conduct the assessment based on the evaluation forms for each position.
B. Periodic Performance Assessment: Regularly organize periodic performance assessments for employees. Evaluate employees work performance during a specific period based on the job requirements and goals for different positions.
C. Annual Assessment: Responsible for the annual performance assessment. Upon receiving the annual performance assessment reminder from the labor company HR create a probationary assessment schedule (detailing the assessment time location and assessor). Conduct the assessment based on the evaluation forms for each position.
3. Notification Management
B. Implementation and Follow-up: Ensure the implementation and follow-up of various notifications. Conduct periodic checks on employees understanding and compliance with notice content provide timely feedback and address any issues encountered during implementation to ensure effective execution of company decisions and smooth operation of all tasks.
