Job Summary

Were looking for a seasoned Financial Manager to take the reins of our finance function in a permanent on-site role. This is your chance to step into a leadership position and drive a seamless transition as the current manager retires.
In this role youll own the end-to-end finance functionfrom budgeting forecasting and cash flow management to statutory compliance. Youll deliver accurate financial reporting oversee audits manage risk and uphold governance standards. Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and lead a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the full finance function including budgeting forecasting cash flow management and statutory compliance.
Prepare accurate financial reports and oversee internal and external audits.
Manage financial risk and ensure adherence to governance and regulatory frameworks.
Provide strategic insights to senior leadership to support business growth and decision-making.
Drive team performance by leading and mentoring the finance team to deliver operational excellence.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 510 years experience in financial management
Proficiency in Syspro
Strong technical accounting skills and thorough knowledge of IFRS
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proven leadership and team management experience

Qualification:
BCom degree in Finance (or equivalent)
