- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team of 10 professionals.
- Review and sign off financial statements reconciliations and technical outputs with pinpoint accuracy.
- Redesign accounting processes and improve workflow efficiency across the team.
- Interpret large datasets blockchain-based financial information and ensure accurate reporting across multiple clients.
- Build reporting frameworks strengthen controls and standardize processes.
- CA(SA) or equivalent professional accounting qualification (essential).
- 5 years post-articles ideally as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager.
- Direct experience with crypto/digital asset accounting a must.
- Advanced proficiency with digital asset accounting tools (Cryptio Tres Entendre) ERP systems systems integration high technical accuracy and strong analytical ability.
- Proven experience preparing and reviewing financial statements involving crypto transactions.
- Experience managing and mentoring accounting teams.
