Job Summary
Umhlanga. We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Finance Manager to join a well-established group operating in property development and management asset management and retail portfolio is diversified across retail commercial industrial and logistics properties.
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors this role will oversee the full finance function and manage a team of six Accountants playing a key role in financial control compliance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Key Requirements:
- Provide overall financial management and leadership of the finance team
- Generate analyse and present financial data to support business decisions
- Compile review and submit monthly quarterly and annual financial reports to the Board
- Review financial documentation to ensure tax statutory and regulatory compliance
- Manage budgeting forecasting and cash flow processes
- Liaise and collaborate with internal departments to achieve financial and operational objectives
- Ensure robust financial controls policies and procedures are maintained
Key Requirements:
- CA(SA) preferred or BCom Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years completed articles
- 58 years experience in a finance role
- At least 3 years experience in a similar Finance Manager or senior finance role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Solid knowledge of financial regulations and requirements within the property / retail sector
- High attention to detail and strong work standards
- Conscientious hardworking and accountable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent time management; highly deadline-driven
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- High levels of drive initiative and personal motivation
- Confident leadership and people management skills
