Position Summary
Client is seeking a Juniper Network Engineer to support an industry-leading technology development client in Spring TX. This onsite role focuses on enterprise and global network architecture design engineering and implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Juniper networking products enterprise network design and Aruba wireless technologies.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Network Engineering Information Technology or equivalent industry experience
15 years of progressive experience in network architecture design engineering implementation and network security within global IT environments
Advanced knowledge of networking technologies and protocols including TCP/IP routing switching IPAM DNS DDNS DHCP F5 GTM/LTM SSH VPN Internet Proxy IPS IDS and NAT
Strong experience with IP routing protocols such as RIP BGP OSPF IP Multicast and MPLS
Expertise in Quality of Service (QoS) NetFlow virtual networks ACL controls web security/URL filtering and malware prevention
Extensive wireless experience with 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax standards
Mandatory hands-on experience with IPv4 and IPv6
Proficiency with HP and Aruba routing switching and wireless solutions including Aruba Mobility Controllers Aruba Instant APs AirWave Aruba Central Aruba Activate Aruba ClearPass and security features
Experience with SDN and SD-WAN products and services
Working knowledge of structured cabling systems and network facilities
Strong background in firewall design configuration and network security including device hardening IDS/IPS SIEM firewalls IPSec vulnerability assessment and intrusion detection
Proven experience managing large-scale global WAN infrastructure
