Job Summary

Tasks

Design implement and maintain Microsoft Intune configurations to manage endpoint devices efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce mobile device management (MDM) policies ensuring alignment with company values of accountability and commitment.
Provide technical support and expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Intune and endpoint management.
Conduct regular assessments and audits of endpoint security settings ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Continuously challenge and enhance the existing MDM solutions by researching new technologies and recommending improvements.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management including deployment and management of mobile devices and applications.
Strong understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and enterprise mobility strategies.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues related to endpoint and mobile device management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and align with company values such as accountability and commitment.
