What You Will Do:


Manage employee engagement initiatives and support retention activities.
Handle employee queries grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Track and analyse HR metrics such as attrition and performance data.
Coordinate performance management activities and support managers with feedback processes.
Partner with business teams to understand workforce needs and support HR initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory guidelines.
Maintain accurate documentation and HR reports.


What You Will Need:

Minimum 1 year experience in HR function .

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle employee interactions confidently.
Good analytical ability and MS Excel/HR systems knowledge.
Willingness to work in a full-time night shift.
Shift Timing: Night Shift (Mandatory)
