We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Human Resources Executive to support our talent acquisition efforts and manage our freelancer ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with candidates hiring managers and external talent while ensuring smooth coordination across hiring processes.
Job Title: Junior HR Executive
Location: Mumbai (On-site)
Pay Scale: Upto INR 3.6 LPA (Depending on the profile)
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end hiring for junior mid-level and internship roles including sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates
Conduct initial screening calls to assess role fit availability compensation expectations and basic culture alignment
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and candidates
Maintain and update candidate data trackers and hiring dashboards
Coordinate with teams to understand freelance requirements and share relevant profiles. Maintain an active database of freelance talent across functions
Ensure adherence to internal hiring policies and timelines
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR Management or a related field
- 02 years of experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Comfortable working with recruitment tools spreadsheets and ATS platforms
- Good judgement confidentiality and stakeholder management skills
