Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and organized Product Owner to lead the design development and delivery of an employee engagement this role you will act as the voice of the user working closely with stakeholders developers and the design team to turn ideas into valuable well-executed solutions.

What Youll Do

Own and manage the product backlog ensuring priorities are clear and aligned with product and business goals.
Translate user needs into clear actionable user stories.
Collaborate with the developers designers and the and stakeholders to bring value for the users.
Continuously gather feedback and use data to improve the product.

What Were Looking For

3 years as a Product Owner or in a similar product role.
Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance customer needs with business priorities.
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
