We primarily work with US and Canadian based founders that are building venture capital backed addition our client roster includes small and medium enterprises that are deploying agentic solutions to automate their business processes.

Our team consists of startup founders turned builders dedicated to moving fast and thinking from a founders perspective.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Designer with a strong product sense and an entrepreneurial spirit to join our on-site this role youll combine hands-on UI/UX design with product management responsibilities. Youll be part of a fast-moving product studio working on launching and scaling apps for early-stage startups across various industries.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about crafting thoughtful user experiences and wants to grow into a product leadership role.

What Youll Do:

Take full ownership of product and design decisions across the lifecycle from concept to launch
Lead end-to-end project management for software and product development projects
Drive deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables
Break down feature requests into user stories wireframes and product roadmaps
Work closely with product development and business teams with a focus on leveraging AI and no-code/low-code platforms to translate ideas into actionable features
Work closely with engineering QA and business teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines and resource allocations.
Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies.
Identify track and mitigate project risks and issues.
Communicate project status milestones and blockers to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure projects align with business goals and client expectations.
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
At least 1-2 years of experience in Product Design ideally in a software development agency or tech startup
Compensation: 150000 - 225000 per month
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Figma for both low-fidelity and high-fidelity design
Comfortable with learning new tools and technologies including AI and no-code platforms e.g. Framer Webflow Lovable etc.
Experience with project management tools is a plus (like Jira Trello)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills leadership and interpersonal skills
Highly proactive detail-oriented and eager to grow
