To provide efficient administrative and customer support through accurate processing of technician- submitted dForms preparation of customer reports and invoices and maintenance of customer asset records in simPRO. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth delivery of service outcomes and timely communication with customers.

- Administrative functions
- Customer Service Support
- Database management
- Reporting and analysis
What Youll Do
Youll be the kind of person who:
dForms processing & report preparation
- Review and process technician-submitted dForms
- Prepare PDF test reports for customers based on dForms data
KPI: All reports accurately generated and sent to customers within agreed timeframes
Customer Invoicing
- Create and send invoices based on completed test reports
KPI: Invoices issued promptly and accurately. Alignment of invoices with completed reports
Asset Management (simPRO)
- Update customer asset records in simPRO with test outcomes and technician notes
- Ensure data integrity for future reporting and scheduling
KPI: High accuracy of asset records. Data updated within expected timeframes
Customer Communication & Support
- Respond to customer queries relating to reports invoices and service details
- Direct complex queries to the appropriate internal team member
KPI: Timely and professional customer responses. Positive customer feedback
General Admin & Support
- Provide backup support to other admin team members during busy periods or absences
- Ensure processes are followed and updated where needed
KPI: Support tasks completed accurately and on time. Procedures maintained and reviewed periodically
