The internship starts in January/February 2026 for up to 4-9 months.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly reliable hard-working HR Intern who will support different departments in handling HR processes in our company.
HR Assistant Specialist responsibilities include communicating company and position details to new hires before their start date gathering the necessary paperwork and scheduling first days creating a knowledge base (guidelines) for each companys department liaising with the supervisors of each department to create the content that will go in the knowledge base redesigning the SICILIAMIA onboarding process and addition the intern may help make the first CV screening of potential candidates and write job addition helping to improve internal communication and assist in project management responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR INTERN
Welcome and settle new team members on-site.
Track project timelines follow up on to-dos and prepare weekly status reports.
Oversee interns accommodation and coordinate any changes.
Maintain department guidelines/knowledge base; distribute manuals passwords and tools.
Ensure technical set-up (hardware software) runs smoothly for newcomers.
Relay CEO announcements and collect team feedback for continuous improvement.
Design and analyze short staff surveys; propose action plans.
Organize occasional after-work or team-building activities.
Screen CVs and draft job descriptions as requested.
