Essential Responsibilities
Advocate and sponsor adoption of Lean principles and methodologies
Support DMS implementation and sustaining
Support Lean initiatives
Point of contact with Military Product Line Sub-Sections and Flight Deck (lean) Focal
Ensure collaboration with Military Section teams to: identify needs and opportunity of process and KPIs improvement and advocate and sponsor Flight Deck team needs within Military Section organization
Support and proactively collaborate with Engineering Operations leader to develop innovative solutions for forecasting and outsourcing management processes KPIs monitoring and report out
Qualifications/Requirements
Masters degree in management engineering or equivalent
Use Lean tool and culture to simplify his/her day by day work and engineering process related to KPI tracking
Use problem Solving approach to reach assigned target
Knowledge of operations management basics of a complex organization
Knowledge of AvioAero Planning/Accounting tools (SAP Clarity)
Knowledge of Avio Aero products
Leadership skills
Ability to work towards clear goals and targets
Fluent both Italian and English
Work Visa in accordance with local regulation is required
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to document plan market and execute programs
