Essential Responsibilities

• Advocate and sponsor adoption of Lean principles and methodologies

• Support DMS implementation and sustaining

• Support Lean initiatives

• Point of contact with Military Product Line Sub-Sections and Flight Deck (lean) Focal

• Ensure collaboration with Military Section teams to: identify needs and opportunity of process and KPIs improvement and advocate and sponsor Flight Deck team needs within Military Section organization

• Support and proactively collaborate with Engineering Operations leader to develop innovative solutions for forecasting and outsourcing management processes KPIs monitoring and report out

Qualifications/Requirements

• Masters degree in management engineering or equivalent

• Use Lean tool and culture to simplify his/her day by day work and engineering process related to KPI tracking

• Use problem Solving approach to reach assigned target

• Knowledge of operations management basics of a complex organization

• Knowledge of AvioAero Planning/Accounting tools (SAP Clarity)

• Knowledge of Avio Aero products

• Leadership skills

• Ability to work towards clear goals and targets

• Fluent both Italian and English

• Work Visa in accordance with local regulation is required

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to document plan market and execute programs
