Job Summary

Veegaland Homes is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with 13 years of experience preferably in apartment or real estate sales. The role involves generating leads conducting site visits understanding customer requirements and closing apartment sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales enquiries and convert leads into bookings

  • Conduct site visits and project presentations

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable apartment options

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain customer data and follow-ups



Requirements

  • 13 years of sales experience (apartment/real estate sales preferred)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Fluency in English and Malayalam

  • Customer-focused and target-driven approach

  • BB/ MBA qualified
