Job Summary

AM/ Sr. Executive - D2C

We are seeking a proactive and experienced AM/ Sr. Executive to join our team in Delhi India. This full-time position will focus on the end-to-end management of our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) operations with a strong emphasis on Shopify and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities:

Own and manage the end-to-end operations of our Shopify D2C platform.
Manage product listings ensuring accurate pricing content updates and efficient inventory synchronization.
Own and manage our CRM tools including customer segmentation data analysis and campaign management.
Plan and execute compelling offers discounts bundles and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
Analyze D2C performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in D2C e-commerce and CRM.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in D2C e-commerce management.
Proven expertise in managing Shopify platforms including product management pricing strategies and inventory synchronization.
Demonstrated experience with CRM tools including planning and executing marketing campaigns offers discounts and bundles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Any relevant educational background will be considered.
Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi Delhi 110006 India.
