We are seeking a responsible well-organized and proactive Executive Assistant to manage day-to-day administrative functions and provide direct support to top management. The role is critical in ensuring smooth office operations effective coordination and timely follow-ups across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall office administration and daily operational activities.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to top management including follow-ups and assistance with daily tasks.
- Maintain office records files and documents .
- Handle official correspondence such as emails letters and internal communications.
- Coordinate with vendors service providers and suppliers for office-related requirements.
- Manage office supplies stationery and inventory; ensure timely availability.
- Schedule meetings prepare agendas and assist with meeting arrangements.
- Maintain and organize documentation related to bills invoices and office expenses.
- Ensure office cleanliness discipline and smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Support the organization of company events meetings and internal activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to administration and office operations.
- Coordinate with team members for reporting and work updates
