Job Summary

Were starting a new growth project from scratch - creator led funnel growth initiative focused on scaling paid webinar registrations.

Looking for someone hands-on with Meta ads who enjoys building things early and running real experiments.

Fixed pay performance linked incentives.

Location: Bangalore / Remote.

Immediate joining preferred.

Requirements

Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation or webinar registrations
Strong understanding of funnel architecture conversion optimization and attribution modeling
Demonstrated ability to build and scale campaigns from scratch in early-stage or high-growth environments
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager pixel tracking and UTM/parameter optimization
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Meta Insights)
Self-starter with a bias for action comfort with ambiguity and a passion for experimentation
Prior experience working with creators or content-driven growth initiatives is a plus

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
