For over 40 years Womens Legal Service Victoria (Womens Legal) has championed womens rights to live free from violence. We are a dedicated team with a passion for working with women and non-binary people to live free from violence and discrimination by:

  • Providing high quality integrated legal services for Victorian women and non-binary people who are victim-survivors of family violence and disadvantagedor marginalised by structural and systemic barriers.
  • Building the capacity of professionals who work with women and non-binary people to better understandthe law and navigate the legal system safely.
  • Advancing gender equality by challenging unsafe and discriminatory policies andlaws and informing and advocating for legal and policy initiatives that respect andpromote the rights of women and non-binary people.

About the Role

As the LMS Administrator youll ensure Womens Legals Learning Management System runs smoothly and supports high-quality online learning. Working closely with colleagues youll manage the technical side of the LMS while helping develop engaging accessible multimedia content for diverse audiences.

  • Manage and optimise the LMS including system integrations and troubleshooting.
  • Upload configure and quality-check SCORM learning packages.
  • Support trainers and staff with technical guidance and LMS navigation.
  • Develop and maintain multimedia learning assets including video and audio.
  • Apply accessibility and Universal Design for Learning principles across content.
  • Support evaluation and continuous improvement of online learning programs.

About You

Youre a technically confident learning professional who enjoys making digital learning intuitive inclusive and reliable. You balance strong systems thinking with creativity and collaboration and youre motivated by work that supports access equity and learning.

Key to your success is your:

  • Experience administering and supporting a Learning Management System.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and online learning design.
  • Strong skills in digital content creation and e-learning tools.
  • A keen eye for detail organisation and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A commitment to accessibility inclusion and intersectional feminist values.

You will:

  • Hold a qualification in instructional design educational design or a related discipline.
  • Have experience in using online authoring tools including Articulate 360.
