5 years in body shop or collision repair management We thought so. Certifications Thats even better.

What Youll Do:

Own every aspect of shop management from people to repair quality to customer satisfaction.
Keep an eagle eye on the workflow balancing efficiency quality and speed.
Lead motivate and train a powerhouse team.
Manage parts inventory and ensure every job is executed with precision.
