Meon Way Federationis currently seeking a SeniorMidday Meal Supervisorto join our team on a Permanent contract. Based at Moorings Way Infant School or Meon Infant School you will lead and support our Midday Meals Supervisors during the lunch time period. This role plays a vital part in ensuring safety wellbeing and positive social development of our pupils during lunchtime.
You will supervise a small team of lunchtime staff promote positive behaviour and help create a happy safe and inclusive lunchtime environment for all pupils.

- Supervise and support a team of Midday Meals Supervisors
- Arrange and facilitate appropriate play and physical activities
- Supervise pupils in the dining areas and playgrounds
- Ensure good standards of behaviour by the pupils are maintained
- Assist with associated ancillary duties (e.g. cleaning up spillages ensuring tables are clean etc)
- Provide welfare support to the pupils of the school including undertaking first aid duties (depending on training)
- Attend appropriate training sessions in order to increase knowledge and skills
- To ensure First Aid is given and actions are recorded in the First Aid book
- To ensure confidentiality in all matters pertaining to the children and the school
- To be flexible and adaptable to deal with the changing needs of the school
