Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support lending decisions.
- Evaluate financial statements credit reports and market data to determine client creditworthiness.
- Research & Reporting
- Conduct industry and market research to identify trends opportunities and risks.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
- Client Support
- Assist in developing client proposals and presentations.
- Support senior bankers in managing client accounts and responding to client inquiries.
- Credit Assessment
- Contribute to the preparation of credit applications and risk assessments.
- Monitor existing credit facilities to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Transaction Support
- Facilitate the execution of transactions including loan syndications and trade finance deals.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for client interactions and transactions.
- Assist in preparing internal reports and compliance documentation.
Required Qualifications Skills & Capabilities
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience or internship in corporate banking investment banking or a related financial field.
- Familiarity with financial software and databases (e.g. Bloomberg FactSet).
