Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM 5:00 PM EST
Pay Range: $55000 $65000 annually bonus opportunities
Keusch Auto is seeking an experienced Automotive Assistant Service Manager to join our team in Eagle MI. This position acts as the bridge between customers technicians and the Service Managerensuring smooth operations excellent customer service and shop performance goals are met. If you have leadership experience in automotive service and thrive in a fast-paced environment we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do
- Be the main contact for customersexplain repairs costs and timelines.
- Assist the Service Manager with scheduling and workflow.
- Support and supervise service advisors and technicians.
- Maintain accurate service records and track KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of leadership experience in a retail and/or automotive service environment.
- Valid drivers license and ability to pass a background check.
- High School Diploma or GED.
