McLaren Medical Group - Bay Region West Branch seeks a Locum Emergency Medicine physician this location is about 56 miles from McLaren Bay Hospital.

McLaren is creating a Float Pool of providers for their open PRN shifts - open dates will be sent out via email once a provider is accepted

Locum will be required to supervise other health care providers: No
ED staff does not respond to house codes

Expenses:
Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.
Does NOT reimburse Med Staff Fees
No lodging booked through 3rd party websites ie expedia kayak etc
McLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging
Malpractice must be included in rates
Orientation rate is 1/2 the hourly rate

Rates to Submit:
Orientation - 1/2 of hourly rate for orientation and training
Hourly - $400/hour
Holiday - 1.5x
OT - 1.5x
Conversion Fee

Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using Doctime- no timesheets will be approved

Requirement description :
ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
Board Certified open to IM/FM with 2 years of recent EM experience - REQUIRED willing to review Truly BE providers
MI License - REQUIRED at time of clear no exceptions - not accepting IMLC
BLS - REQUIRED
Provider must be local - REQUIRED no exceptions
Must have clean background for quick credentialing - REQUIRED no exceptions
Please submit rates at time of name clear- rate cap $400/hour - REQUIRED will not send to client without rates
Please provide exact availability based of list of dates above - REQUIRED
Copy of the NPDB self-query requires at presentation (Should be pulled within 30 days) - REQUIRED
