OurPurchasing Administratoris responsible for:
Requesting SKU for creation with the correct master data provided by vendors buyers and business managers
SKU activation upon creation
Modification of existing active SKUs
Providing feedback on updates to the country product manager
In case of missing information following up according to work instructions.
Managing pricelists: comparing the prices from the pricelists received from the vendors with the information in the IM ERP system
Collecting and reporting of data
Maintaining accurate product database
We are looking for someone:
Positive!
Highly motivated
Open-minded
And you also have:
Intermediate/ Advanced knowledge ofExcel
Strong knowledge in English - B2
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous work experience of working with data is considered an advantage
Ability to multitask and respond to rapid change
Ability to prioritize
