You will be the first decision leader prospective clients encounter. Individuals come to us overwhelmed uncertain and often avoiding action. Your responsibility is to help them clearly understand their situation recognize the cost of waiting and guide them to a decision that serves their best interest.
This role requires comfort with urgency accountability for results and the ability to balance empathy with authority. If you avoid asking for the decision or believe empathy means passivity this position will not be a fit.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading in-depth consultations (primarily in person; Zoom or phone when necessary)
- Navigating emotionally charged conversations with empathy and control
- Asking for the decision and closing retainers in real time
- Selling value outcomes and peace of mindnot just price
- Consistently converting qualified leads into retained clients with paid retainers
- Owning personal performance metrics including conversion rates and revenue
- Managing and updating the CRM daily with precision and discipline
- Transitioning new clients smoothly to the legal team after retention
- Maintaining relationships that generate referrals and long-term trust
- Participating in ongoing testing and refinement of scripts workflows and client experience systems

- Legal industry experience is a plus not required
- Strong communication listening and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with flexible scheduling including some evenings/weekends
- High level of organization coachability and accountability
- Proficiency with CRM systems Zoom and Mac-based tools
