About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Inside Sales Representative to support our growing legal practice. This is a client-facing consultative sales role focused on converting qualified inbound leads into retained clients across immigration criminal and corporate legal matters.
You will speak with individuals who have already reached out for legal help and are seeking guidance during high-stress high-stakes situations.
This is not a cold-calling role.
Success in this position requires strong closing skills empathy emotional intelligence professionalism and confidence along with the ability to build trust quickly and communicate clearly.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective legal clients
- Build rapport and trust through empathetic professional communication
- Convert qualified leads into retained clients using a consultative sales approach
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to maximize conversion rates
- Accurately document calls notes and outcomes in the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and intake staff
- Maintain availability and responsiveness during Central Time business hours
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in consultative or closing-focused sales
- Proven ability to close in high-trust or high-empathy environments (legal healthcare financial services etc.)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and follow-up discipline
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and professional home workspace
- Full-time availability during U.S. Central Time hours
