Job Description: Deputy Officer Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
The Deputy Officer Talent Acquisition & HR Operations is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment HR operations and employee life cycle management. The role involves coordinating hiring activities maintaining HR records supporting onboarding and separation processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The position works closely with hiring managers and employees to deliver smooth HR services and contribute to workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities (Brief):
Support end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
Coordinate onboarding confirmation transfers and exit processes
Manage employee records HR documentation and HRMIS updates
Assist in payroll inputs attendance and statutory compliance
Support employee engagement communication and grievance handling
Ensure adherence to HR policies procedures and labor laws
