As an Analytics Solutions Associate you will play a pivotal role within a dynamic team that conducts in-depth process analyses and transforms ideas into scalable solutions by leveraging intelligent automation technologies. The Workflow Process Automation team focuses on customizing firm-wide intelligent automation capabilities to deliver cost-effective modules that accelerate execution enhance controls and maximize ROI.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify manual process touch points design future-state solutions and lead development testing and deployment of intelligent automation.
- Manage and deliver end-to-end projects in alignment with the teams governance and execution model.
- Ensure all automation implementations comply with company policies and standards.
- Collaborate closely with business units technology teams and control partners to ensure seamless and calibrated delivery.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Expert with hands-on experience in developing intelligent automation solutions with a primary focus on Power Apps and Power Automate as well as UI Path (attended & unattended) Python and Alteryx (advanced).
- Advanced hands-on experience with Signavio alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Access PowerPoint).
- 5 years of experience in technology development demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities project management roadblock management and delivery.
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Certification in one of the following technologies: Power Platforms UiPath or Python
- Demonstrated innovation with the ability to translate concepts into visuals.
- Technical Designer / Solution Architect experience
