Job Summary

Hours:Monday to Friday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Pay:$35.15 per hour
Work in a hands-on production environment with a supportive team

What you will be required to do:

As a Factory Hand you will assist in the production process ensuring high-quality outcomes and safe work practices. Responsibilities include:

Material handling and inventory management
Picking and packing orders accurately
Operating machinery including manufacturing mills (training provided)
Operating overhead cranes and forklifts (if licensed)
Receiving and dispatching goods
Performing general labouring and manual handling tasks
Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals
Following strict safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free workplace

To be successful in the role you will:

Have previous labouring or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
Have experience in machine operation in a manufacturing environment (desirable)
Hold an LF forklift licence (desirable but not required)
Demonstrate strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures
Be physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
Show attention to detail reliability and a team-focused attitude
Have full working rights in Australia and access to reliable transport
