THE ROLE

• Coordinate daytoday activities for both planned and unplanned maintenance ensuring work is prioritised and executed efficiently
• Supervise and support trades personnel providing guidance coaching and leadership to maintain a safe highperforming work environment
• Liaise closely with Operators to schedule equipment outages and returntoservice requirements with minimal disruption to production
• Provide timely feedback to Supervisors on job scopes timeframes resourcing needs and recommended work methods
• Identify and address workplace hazards taking proactive action to maintain a safe working environment
• Complete all required administrative tasks ensuring accurate and timely data entry documentation and recordkeeping for all maintenance activities

WHAT DO I NEED

• Current C Class Manual Western Australian drivers licence
• Valid and relevant trade qualifications certificates and licences
• Previous experience in a Leading Hand role with 5 years working in a mining environment
• Competent in diagnostics troubleshooting & repairing Toyota light vehicles and 4WDs
• Experience maintaining air conditioning (desirable)
• Proficient Microsoft office skills
• Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills with a can-do team-oriented attitude
• Strong desire to maintain and promote a proactive safe working environment
