About the role
The City of Coffs Harbour has multiple opportunities for experienced Leading Hands to join our Water and Wastewater Services Team. The Leading Hand will be responsible for their team ensuring works are completed in line with City standards and allocated tasks are managed to make the best use of plant materials time and resources.
As a Leading Hand youll play an important role in operating maintaining and constructing the Citys sewerage infrastructure. Your leadership will help us deliver high levels of service to our community members while fostering a positive and proactive team.

About you
You will have proven experience in water or wastewater operations with the ability to mentor other staff communicate effectively and support a culture of accountability flexibility and customerfocused service. You have a strong understanding of Work Health and Safety practices and a proactive approach to improving work methods and the capacity to participate in an afterhours oncall roster when required.
