DescriptionAs an experienced Senior Technical Analyst on the Support Services Organization aligned with the Client team you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to our clients. As you work with Oracle Health technologies you will prioritize plan and deliver solution-specific requests and projects both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
You will use your troubleshooting skills to perform investigations of front-end applications by gathering information using troubleshooting tools shadowing end users and testing workflows internally and externally.
You will also use your solution expertise to bring about Oracle Healths innovations and solution capabilities. Our Solution Architects are also responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials across the lifecycle of a project/ investigation.
Your goal is incident resolution application maintenance and to provide tangible and measurable value outcomes that improve care delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working with Foreign System Interface (FSI) and integrated solution modules. At least 6 years.
- Having sound knowledge on HL7 Open Port Open Engine & OPENLink.
- Provide solution oversight direction and expertise to stakeholders.
- Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
- Mitigate solution risks and issues.
- Lead client meetings and events.
- Drive internal team initiatives.
- Software implementation work experience at least 3 years.
- Health care information technology work at least 3 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or masters degree in IT Healthcare or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium.
- Experience on Interface creation and related scripting.
- Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization.
ResponsibilitiesExpectations:
- Travel need will be based on business need (10% - 20%)
- Consult with clients on service line workflow and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts FSI PBM and integrated solutions.
- Provide solution oversight direction and expertise to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSI and PBM solutions.
- Stay current on involving features functionalities and best practices related to FSI PBM and integrated solutions.
- Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
- Mitigate solution risks and issues.
- Lead client meetings and events.
- Drive internal team initiatives.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
