Job Summary

As a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant (WealthTech) at Evooq you will sit at the intersection of product sales and clients. You will help banks and wealth managers understand how Evooqs platform can transform their advisory portfolio management and investment processes and you will shape how we position demonstrate and sell our solutions. 

What youll do: 

  • Partner with Business Development to qualify opportunities shape discovery and translate stakeholder needs into clear solution value. 
  • Deliver tailored demos across the sales cyclefrom early discovery to executive and board-level sessionsanchored in measurable outcomes. 
  • Own and orchestrate demo environments end-to-end (datasets configurations integrations scripts) that are robust reusable and production-grade aligned with client use cases. 
  • Run presales workshops (functional and technical): requirements deep-dives fit-gap analysis integration mapping security and deployment options. 
  • Create and maintain presales collateral (decks talk tracks ROI models demo videos one-pagers) and scale the function with process and AI tooling. 
  • Lead RFI/RFP responses: drive timelines coordinate contributors craft compelling compliant answers and own submission quality. 
  • Co-design target architectures with Solutions Architects BD and Product (APIs data flows custodians/market data SSO cloud). 
  • Act as the voice of the client towards Product and Implementation; package field feedback into clear problem statements and influence the roadmap. 
  • Track and improve presales KPIs (win-rate stage conversion asset adoption cycle time) and continuously refine playbooks. 
  • Support marketing/events with high-impact demos webinars and conference presentations. 
  • Travel across Europe/Switzerland for onsite workshops and executive sessions (approx. 20%). 

Qualifications :

Wealth Management Expertise:  

  • 5 years in wealth management/private banking with hands-on understanding of suitability/advisory & discretionary mandates portfolio construction performance/risk structured products and reporting. 
  • Regulatory awareness across EU/CH (e.g. MiFID II LSFIN/FIDLEG) and ability to translate requirements into solution design. 

Presales/Consulting Excellence 

  • Experience in presales / sales engineering / consulting for enterprise software or in software implementation at Banks. 
  • Strong discovery skills value articulation objection handling and ability to tailor messages to senior stakeholders.  

Technical fluency:  

  • Comfortable working with REST APIs data models and SQL 
  • Ability to discuss cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP) containerisation (e.g. Docker) and security/compliance fundamentals. 

Communication and Influence 

  • Outstanding communication storytelling and narrative-building skills. 
  • Confident presenting to senior management C-suite and boards. 

Ways of Working: 

  • High ownership structure and paceyou create clarity build process and scale what works in a fast moving environment. 
  • Strong commercial mindset with strong discovery objection handling and value articulation. 
  • Excellent English; German and/or French strongly preferred. 
  • Experience with Jira Confluence Salesforce is beneficial.

  • Scale-up experience and comfort operating with ambiguity 

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience with Swiss/DACH private banks 
  • Experience with front-office in private banks (e.g. portfolio construction advisory relationship management...) 
  • Advanced risk and portfolio analytics know-how (multivariate statistics repricing optimization algorithms...) 
  • Hands-on scripting Postman and good understanding of how selected AI tools can be leveraged to enhance efficiency
