Your Impact
- Help our clients with dedicated support for transactions in a wide variety of industries and circumstances (acquisitions divestitures joint ventures & structured investments).
- Work across the areas of buy-side due diligence sell-side assistance and vendor due diligence deal and negotiation support for both corporate and private equity clients.
- Collaborate with other experts to develop a rapid understanding of the clients business and issues and articulate your findings appropriately in order to deliver high quality reports.
- Work in a diversified international environment covering multiple areas and industries.
- Team up with a network of highly talented and knowledgeable experts.
Your Skill Set
- Bachelors or masters degree and have a background in finance (CPA or CFA).
- Thorough understanding of financial accounting and reporting requirements in accordance with internationally recognized reporting standards (e.g. IFRS US GAAP).
- At least 5 years of experience in providing financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large companies and private equity fund clients.
- Fluent in English any other language is a plus.
- You are energetic proactive able to empathise with clients and staff and are enthusiastic about delivering value to clients.
- Flexible and demonstrate willingness to conduct business travel for client assignments or business-related matters.
- Excellent analytical skills and are experienced in using Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and additional analytical software tools (e.g. PowerBI Alteryx) to analyse and present data in a meaningful and efficient way.
