THE TEAM LEADER
- Build and maintain a strong and highly effective team. Lead and coach all direct reports in a motivational way for increased productivity and engagement.
- Guarantee coaching on a benchmark level to ensure continuous development of the team so that they stay on the cutting edge.
- Evaluate the skill level of the On Premise team on a permanent basis and adjust plans to reach targets. Ensure continuous development within the team through proper succession preparation.

Qualifications :
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the HoReCa sector with deep knowledge of its dynamics key players and business drivers
- Be a natural leader with exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire empower and influence at every level
- Proven experience in team management coaching and developing talent
- Strong commercial acumen with the capacity to navigate complex markets customer relationships and strategic decisions
- Ability to build authentic long-term partnerships with high-level customers and industry stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced diverse and dynamic environments
