Job Summary
Pullman Sydney Airport is currently seeking a part-time (4 days per week) Night Auditor to join our close-knit team in our luxury property boasting 229 rooms and suites with extensive meeting facilities.
As a Night Auditor your over night shifts will include:
- Assist the Night Manager in cross checking and balancing work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift basis
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is offered and maintained at all times to all guests
- Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure
- Assisting with in Room Dining and other guest requests
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate helpful information
- Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will have:
- Energy enthusiasm and creativity to bring a personal touch to our guests
- Customer focus & strong communication skills
- Immaculate presentation
- Strong analytical skills financial knowledge or experience desirable
- A passion for hospitality and enthusiasm for working with people from all over the world
- Must be reliable with the ability to work 4 days a week on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Must have Valid NSW RSA Competency Card
- Must have full working rights in Australia
