Job Summary

  • Exciting opportunity in our Cabin Crew Allocations team
  • 11 month fixed term position based at our Mascot Campus
  • Level 8 role on the Australian Services Union (EBA 12)

As the Cabin Crew Allocations Analyst you will ensure industrial and regulatory obligations are met to provide efficient planning and timely scheduling for Cabin Crew across both the International and Domestic addition you will also be responsible for timely processing of transactions related to crew courses training ground duties leave regulatory compliance crew movements (including upgrades downgrades transfers etc) and other duties as required to ensure efficient bid period planning and optimum crew utilisation.

Youll have -

  • Proven PC proficiency with intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • ARMS experience desirable but not mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability in building stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Highly developed time management and organisation skills
  • Prove ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated team player and actively collaborates with colleagues
  • A customer focused approach to problem solving
  • Sound knowledge of excel (spreadsheets and formulas)
  • Highly motivated and goal driven
  • Superior Award/EBA knowledge and interpretation ability
