Resource Fulfilment Lead Telco+

Were looking for an experienced Resource Fulfilment Manager to lead end-to-end consultant allocation across a large-scale Telco environment operating within an onshore Talent as a Service (TaaS) delivery model.

This role is central to ensuring the right people are deployed at the right time against approved Statements of Work (SOWs) and Work Packages (WPs). Acting as a trusted advisor to Telco leadership youll work closely with Client Leads NCS Practice teams Resource Managers and PMO to drive delivery outcomes utilisation and client satisfaction.

You will own end-to-end TaaS fulfilment managing roles from intake through to placement and onboarding while working closely with Resource Managers Practice Leads and client stakeholders.

You will coordinate interviews manage feedback loops and provide workforce planning insights to optimise consultant utilisation and address capability gaps. You will also lead onboarding internal handovers and project kick-offs acting as the escalation point for T&M delivery matters.

From a commercial perspective you will ensure accurate project financial setup forecasting and billing alignment while strengthening client engagement acting as the NCS Australia Quality Lead for TaaS projects and managing vendors and contractor agencies to agreed standards.

Qualifications :

• Proven IT experience within project delivery or resource management roles

• Strong experience in workforce planning resource utilisation and stakeholder management

• Proven people leadership and performance management capability

• Solid financial acumen across T&M delivery (revenue cost margin)

• Excellent communication organisation and problem-solving skills
