Lead organizational design and effectiveness initiatives that position us to capitalize on AI and emerging technologies while maintaining our customer obsession
Architect next-generation talent frameworks that accelerate our technical and operational evolution at scale
Design and implement innovative organizational models that break down silos and catalyze cross-functional innovation

Create pioneering strategies to enhance organizational health leading indicators and employee experience across global sites

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 7 years of technology role experience
- Experience coaching senior leaders and managers with strong talent assessment skills
- Experience in verbal and written communication for executive level leaders
- Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
- Masters degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field
- 7 years of HR experience
- Experience leading complex programs with significant change impact across organizational boundaries
- Track record of leading end to end problem solving
- Ability to diagnose issues and drive appropriate strategic solutions with self-initiative

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $139200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $230200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
