At least one year of work experience in a position requiring interpersonal interaction skills and knowledge of strategies to support students with social emotional and behavior needs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires constant hand-eye mind-eye coordination hearing; intermittent holding repetitive motions with wrists hands fingers opening pulling reaching sitting sorting speaking talking turning and writing. Frequent bending over carrying filing grasping keyboarding and stooping are required.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrated skill using a computer for word processing and data entry.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES

Assists teacher in identifying student needs.
Provides tutorial assistance for students in all classes.
Prepares instruction and supplementary materials.
Keeps records.
Checks papers workbooks homework and tests.
Assists students with makeup work.
Maintains student confidentiality.
Assists teachers in supervising students in the classroom.
May be requested by administration to transport students using personal vehicle.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors.

PAY INFORMATION

Starting at $18.12 per hour $1000 Sign-On Bonus!

Pay Day: Last working day of each monthbased on thepayroll cutoff schedule.

Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 2:30 pm with a 30-minute unpaid break

0.75 FTE 30 hours per week9 months
