About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Collections Manager to join our clients team and lead the day-to-day operations of the collections this role you will be responsible for driving team performance ensuring service quality and maintaining compliance with established SLAs and process standards. You will collaborate with Process Managers on-site liaisons and the Service Management team to implement continuous improvement initiatives resolve escalations and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the performance and daily activities of the collections team ensuring alignment with SLAs KPIs and operating plans.
- Provide regular feedback coaching and action plans in collaboration with Team Leaders and QA to address performance gaps.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance recognizing achievements addressing issues and identifying training needs to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with Process Managers on-site liaisons and Service Management teams to improve procedures operational efficiency and service quality.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity process knowledge and cost efficiency.
- Assist team members in resolving complex issues or escalate appropriately to ensure integrated leadership and seamless operations.
- Prepare and maintain reports on team performance trends and action plans for senior management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- 3 years of solid experience managing collections or finance operations in a BPO or shared services environment.
- Extensive knowledge of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report processes.
- Strong accounting knowledge across Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and General Ledger including month-end close and treasury operations.
- Experience with ERP-based F&A BPO processes and resolving process discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong problem-solving analytical and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with onsite and remote teams.
- Proven ability to drive operational efficiency transformation initiatives and process improvement projects.
- Can start immediately if possible.
