Digital Project Manager III

The Digital Project Manager III leads high-profile strategic digital projects that significantly impact business objectives. Oversees project teams to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with project goals. Manages the full project lifecycle from concept to delivery ensuring consistent quality and timeliness. Collaborates with senior leadership to align projects with long-term business strategy. Leads risk management and issue resolution to ensure effective mitigation. Integrates new technologies and digital solutions to improve project outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Project Coordination

• Lead high-profile strategic digital projects that significantly impact business objectives

• Oversee project teams ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with project goals

• Manage the full project lifecycle from concept to delivery ensuring consistent quality and timely execution

• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met by effectively managing resources and overseeing team performance

• Align project schedules and tasks with business priorities to ensure strategic objectives are achieved.

• Communication and Reporting

• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that projects align with long-term business strategies

• Communicate project goals timelines and deliverables to all stakeholders ensuring transparency and clarity

• Provide regular project updates to senior management highlighting progress risks and solutions

• Report project performance including KPIs and milestones and adjust plans as necessary to stay on track

• Establish effective communication channels with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution across all phases.

• Production and Quality

• Lead and ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project from development to final delivery

• Integrate new technologies and digital solutions to enhance project quality and outcomes

• Conduct regular quality assurance checks and implement improvements to optimize project processes

• Oversee risk management by proactively identifying and resolving potential project issues to maintain high quality

• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and internal standards for quality usability and functionality.

• Project Preparation

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope budget and timeline for all major digital initiatives

• Prepare project kick-off materials and ensure all resources and stakeholders are aligned and ready to begin

• Coordinate resource allocation ensuring all necessary tools personnel and expertise are in place at project initiation

• Ensure effective tool integration to streamline project management and improve team collaboration

• Create clear action plans and ensure that all project teams are equipped to start work immediately after project initiation.

• Supervision

• Mentor junior project managers and team members ensuring adherence to best practices and professional growth

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of project teams ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard

• Provide leadership in problem-solving and decision-making guiding the team through complex challenges

• Monitor team progress and offer guidance and feedback ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations

• Ensure the professional development of team members by identifying growth opportunities and providing learning resources.

• Other Responsibilities

• Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Project Management Information Technology Linguistic Computer Science or a related field

• In-depth understanding of digital project management tools and methodologies

• Experience in digital transformation initiatives and advanced project management strategies

• Ability to evaluate and improve project performance across multiple teams

• Strong ability to foresee and mitigate project risks

• Excellent written and verbal communication to report project status to senior executives

• Ability to communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders

• 4 to 5 years in project management or managing high-stakes digital projects

• Experience managing large-scale digital initiatives

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

• High-level leadership and conflict resolution skills.

Work set-up and working hours:

• 2:30pm - 11:30pm PHT Monday to Friday
