Job Description
- Establish and implement HR policies procedures and frameworks in compliance with Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for the new plant including manpower planning sourcing screening and interviews.
- Oversee core HR operations such as payroll coordination statutory submissions attendance employee records and employee relations.
- Conduct local salary benchmarking and support the implementation of competitive compensation and benefits structures.
- Coordinate basic administrative facilities and expatriate support matters during the initial setup phase.
- Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to China HQ ensuring smooth cross-cultural communication.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 5 years of full-spectrum HR experience; exposure to manufacturing or plant setup environments is highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws (e.g. Employment Act Industrial Relations Act).
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced setup environment with good problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
