About the Role
SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. a BPO and Technology Solutions provider is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Lead to oversee and manage end-to-end human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have strong HR knowledge within a BPO environment excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in visa and work permit processing. Experience in payroll processing and basic accounting knowledge will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding employee relations HR administration and payroll processing
Support hiring needs across BPO operations ensuring timely and quality manpower delivery
Handle payroll preparation verification and coordination ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement
Manage visa work permit and employment pass processing for foreign employees
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws company policies and SOPs
Act as the point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
Coordinate with management on workforce planning and HR initiatives
Maintain accurate HR records payroll data and employee documentation
Support performance management disciplinary processes and employee engagement activities
Work closely with finance/accounts teams on payroll-related matters
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Accounting or a related field
Minimum 35 years of HR experience preferably in a BPO environment
Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Strong knowledge of visa and work permit processing in Malaysia
Hands-on experience in payroll processing
Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
Familiar with Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
