Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated HR IT Recruiter Intern to join our team at ADV TECHMINDS. As an HR IT Recruiter Intern you will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting qualified candidates for various IT positions within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals social media and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates skills experience and qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions accordingly.
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
