This position provides indirect supervision of all rehab support duties. Directly supervises department volunteers/work study students and maintains records for all onsite and offsite rehab volunteers/work study students. Responsible for volunteer orientation resident observation coordination new student therapist intern department orientation and maintenance of student files following completion of internship. Reviews denials acts on denials records findings and reports the results to manager/director. Schedules ST OT and PT appointments and monitors wait list. Manages adaptive equipment clinic schedules scheduling of vendors and clinic paperwork. Oversees access data to maintain department access standards. Serves as EPIC Superuser trains current and new support and therapy staff in EPIC and works on team for inpatient and outpatient documentation build and modifications including troubleshooting for OT PT and ST. Orders all supplies for all rehab locations. Establishes spreadsheets using advanced Excel knowledge as needed for data collection with reports to manager and director. Responsible for completing departmental productivity and reporting to managers. Provides direct support to 1 director 3 therapy managers and 2 therapy supervisors.Department Specific Job Details:
