Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format): Acute Care CNA Only- $1200/wkly
- Provide nursing care in a 50-bed free-standing acute inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
- Care for patients with stroke brain and spinal cord injuries amputations complex orthopedic injuries and other conditions needing inpatient rehabilitation.
- Utilize EPIC electronic health record system (minimum 13 weeks of EPIC experience required).
- Deliver care in both Med-Surg and inpatient rehab settings.
- Support patients in achieving maximum recovery and returning home as soon as possible.
- Follow comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs aligned with Joint Commission and CARF accreditation standards.
- Attend a scheduled orientation date (multiple options offered throughout the year).
- Position is NOT open to local candidates.
