Job Summary

Overview

Seeking a senior Program Manager to oversee multiple strategic projects (external vendors finance and resource management) and ensure high quality on time delivery. Experience in transformation programs and Salesforce projects is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Own end to end governance of multiple projects and workstreams across external internal teams and external vendors ensuring alignment to business and financial objectives.
Drive delivery excellence: track scope timelines risks quality and costs; intervene early to resolve issues and keep programmes on track
Manage forecasting budgeting and P&L at programme level; optimise utilisation of resources and control vendor spend.
Lead and mentor project/delivery managers; allocate resources across projects based on priorities and capacity.
Act as primary escalation and reporting point for senior stakeholders; provide regular dashboards on delivery financials and risks.
Coordinate with client stakeholders and eternal vendors to ensure clear ownership SLAs and smooth hand offs across teams.
For transformation initiatives define roadmap change plan and success metrics; ensure benefits realisation and adoption in business teams.
Good to have: lead delivery of Salesforce implementation or enhancement projects working with architects and scrum teams to meet platform best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

12 years of IT experience with at least 5 7 years in a Program / Delivery Manager role handling multiple concurrent projects.
Proven background managing large accounts external vendors and cross functional teams in a matrix environment (consulting / MNC type setups preferred).
Strong understanding of project and program management practices (Agile / Scrum and traditional) with hands on experience in risk dependency and financial management.
Excellent stakeholder management communication and negotiation skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and clients.

Nice to have:

Experience delivering Salesforce projects or working in Salesforce centric environments; relevant certifications (PMP PgMP SAFe Scrum Salesforce) are an advantage.
